Fast Delivery Delivery of your order should take between 3-7 working days. All orders are despatched using either Royal Mail or DHL48 depending on their weight. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Unfortuntely at present out of stock items have a minimum lead time of 8 weeks.

We do not at present offer a Next WORKING Day Delivery Service and are unable to ship outside of the UK.

No Quibble Returns We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a full refund (including delivery costs) - whatever your preference. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We recommend that you send items under 2Kg by Royal Mail "recorded signed for" (this should be an additional 72p on the normal postage cost) or obtain a receipt of posting. Please do not use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. No Quibble Returns
Refunds On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods. Please note we do not refund your original delivery charge or your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part.

We can only make refunds to the original payament card charged or by cheque if the original purchase was made by personal cheque. We aim to action all refunds within 3 working days from receipt of the returned goods. Once your refund has been processed we will of course let you know via email.
