Fast Delivery We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. UK STANDARD DELIVERY (USING ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST OR PARCELFORCE 48) £4.95

We believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Therefore our Standard UK Delivery option is despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or Parcel Force 48 for larger items. This means that you should generally receive your items 1-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also during the build up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. The cost of this Standard UK Delivery Service is £4.95. Guaranteed UK Next WORKING Day Delivery - If it is essential for you to get your purchase the next working day after ordering we are able to achieve this providing the items are ordered before 2pm (Mon to Thur only). The charge for this express delivery option is £7.50. (Again, unfortunately this option may not be available to the Channel Islands or some outlying areas of the UK. No Quibble Returns We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a full refund (including delivery costs) - whatever your preference. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We recommend that you send items under 2Kg by Royal Mail "recorded signed for" (this should be an additional 72p on the normal postage cost) or obtain a receipt of posting. Please do not use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. No Quibble Returns
Refunds On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods and your original delivery charge. We do not normally refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part.
We can only make refunds to the original payament card charged or by cheque if the original purchase was made by personal cheque. We aim to action all refunds within 3 working days from receipt of the returned goods. Once your refund has been processed we will of course let you know via email.
