Payment Security - Shop with Confidence We take your payment security very seriously and this is why we have chosen to use SAGE Pay, the largest independant UK secure online payment service provider; which is fully approved by all major UK acquiring banks. We do not store credit card details on our website. Instead, once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with your order and make a payment, you will be transferred to the secure VeriSign SSL certified PROTX site. At the point you enter your payment card details you should see the VeriSign logo indicating that the site is fully certified (you may wish to click on the logo to check the details). You will also see the security padlock icon next to the address bar or on the bottom of your browser window to indicate that any information exchanged is encrypted.

Please note all transaction information passing to PROTX VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. Nothing passing to the PROTX servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Having entered your details, PROTX will carry out cardholder validation checks, using all the latest fraud prevention methods, and gain authorisation for payment from your card issuer. PROTX has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

At this point no money will be debited from your account. This will only happen when your order is ready to be despatched and we will then instruct PROTX to release the payment that has been authorised. Please note that in the event that the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we cannot be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
